WEBER FIELD VACUUM COOLER
Our compact and mobile solution for direct cooling of your hand plucked perishables (like beans, tender-stem broccoli (broccollini) and strawberries) in the field.
Developed for high speed pre-cooling (10 – 20 mins) of boxes and loose produce, directly in the field or in the packing house. Efficient electro-mechanical control; easy to maintain & repair. Combined with our special thermal covers you can keep your produce cool until it reaches the packing house, without the need for refrigerated transportation.
Built as "Dual Room" system: while you are (un)loading one room, the other room is cooling. Simple control system, hinged door. Designed for trailer mounting and power supply by GenSet (not included).
The room size is built to specification. Typically, one room can hold 12 – 16 boxes, and will have a cooling time of 10 – 15 minutes per room, generating a capacity of 48 – 96 boxes (x 10 .. 15 kgs) per hour!
